Job Description
An Abuja based Training Firm is recruiting an Education Management Executive to manage a wide portfolio of workshop and training programs within the organization. Successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and management of a diverse range of training programs for stakeholders in the education industry. The role involves collaborating with educational experts to create impactful training initiatives that contribute to the professional development of educators and education leaders. Successful candidate will oversee the entire training cycle from needs assessment to program delivery and execution.
Responsibilities
- Design, Plan and Develop Training Programs that align with the needs and trends in the education sector
- Create training curricula, modules and materials that meed the highest educational standards
- Collaborate with educational institutions and industry professionals to identify training needs and opportunities
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars and webinars, either directly or by coordinating with qualified trainers
- Manage training resources, including materials, venues, technology and equipment required for effective training delivery
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to promote training programs and attract participants to different training programs.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Management or related field. Applicants with academic backgrounds in other discipline but with required experience and enthusiasm can also apply
- Proficiency in using technology for training delivery, such as virtual classrooms and e-learning platforms is an added advantage
- Proven experience in curriculum development, training program design and educational management.
