Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for the foundation and its projects.
Give a social media angle and expression to all the activities of the foundation.
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels of the foundation and its projects on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Whatsapp, and YouTube etc,
Responding to all social media posts responses, enquires and developing discussions.
Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as
Sprinklr, Asana, etc
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media interns or volunteers.
Manage a budget for social media activities.
Communications
Provide support and lead (where needed) in developing high quality communications content for external and internal use.
Ensure development of high quality content and dissemination of internal and external monthly newsletters.
Work with project leads to produce communication materials for each project, communiqués and press release as may be required.
Provide editorial support to web-content development.
Skills Requirement
A solid understanding and PROVEN EXPERIENCE of the use of a range of social media platforms and content marketing particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to use of effective storytelling techniques.
Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
