Maintain relationships with new & existing customers
Ensures that customers are fully conversant with company's PDR model
Educate dealers on various products in the area of technical descriptions of products and load analysis
Control pricing & ensuring that partners, dealers and retailers buy at the stipulated prices
Cordinate and ensure that warranty returns are properly checked and tested to confirm faults before acceptance & ensure timely repair and delivery of all warranties
Regular trips to establish new dealerships
Update of customers information on company's data base
Manage billings & delivery of purchased items within a time frame.
