  • We are looking for a Real Estate Practice Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of real estate professionals, ensuring the efficient functioning of the practice, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities


Team Management:



  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate professionals, Estate Surveyors, Facility Managers and administrative staff.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance.

  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.


Operational Excellence



  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and laws.

  • Oversee property listings, transactions, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.


Client Relations:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and needs.

  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.

  • Work with agents to provide exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.


Marketing and Business Development:



  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings and the company's brand.

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.


Financial Management:



  • Prepare and manage the real estate practice's budget.

  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

Market Research:



  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.

  • Use market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients.


Qualifications
