- We are looking for a Real Estate Practice Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of real estate professionals, ensuring the efficient functioning of the practice, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate professionals, Estate Surveyors, Facility Managers and administrative staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and laws.
- Oversee property listings, transactions, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Work with agents to provide exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings and the company's brand.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the real estate practice's budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
- Use market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate management, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
