Overview



  • As a Social Media Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing the social media strategy for a company or organization.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.

  • Content Calendar: Create and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.

  • Audience Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategies.

  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.

  • Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant guidelines and policies.

  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the social media landscape.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's Degree a plus).

  • Proven experience in social media management, with 3 - 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box to engage audiences effectively.

  • Proficiency in social media advertising and analytics tools.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
