Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the gas plant operations team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.


• manage day-to-day operations of the gas plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety protocols.


• Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics to optimize plant efficiency and profitability.


• Oversee compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.


• Lead and inspire staff by fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of plant operations with other business functions.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, suppliers, and community members.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.


• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, summarizing plant performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Qualification and Requirments

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.


• Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the gas or energy industry, with experience in plant operations.
