Responsibilities:

Content Strategy

• Develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with our community.


• Collaborate with writers, video editors, and graphic designers to create compelling content.


• Distribute curated content across our social channels.

Email Strategy

• Curate and craft engaging weekly email newsletters that connect with our community.


• Develop content for email marketing campaigns.

Community Management

• Proactively engage with our community, responding to comments and queries, and fostering a positive environment.


• Implement strategies to grow the community and boost engagement.

Event Project Management

• Oversee all online processes related to our live events.


• Ensure event planning stays on schedule and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries related to community events with efficiency and care.

Partnerships

• Build and maintain partnerships that add value to our community.
