Roles and Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and evaluate a team of drivers, providing guidance, training and mentoringas a first-line supervisor.


• Develop strategic plans for efficient fleet management and operation models.


• Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of the company's fleet to ensure optimal efficiency.


• Develop asset management procedures for fleets and equipment, from acquisition through dispose.


• Manage relationships with vendors, clients and other partners to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.


• Research fleet efficiency and recommend cost-saving approaches.


• Provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in fleet management.


• Proximity to Leki-Ajah environs.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.
