Role Description

• Allicom travels currently recruiting for an experience Tour Consultant.


• The Tour Consultant will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their travel needs, creating customized travel packages including guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, and offering travel consulting services to ensure clients have a memorable travel experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills


• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism


• Ability to create customized guided tour packages


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations


• Excellent knowledge of visa documentation


• Experience working with travel booking and reservation software


• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field


• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
