  • As a social media manager, you will manage multiple brands and create unique written and video content, organize posts, and answer comments from followers.

  • You will consistently manage our brand’s reputation to meet our marketing objectives.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the audience.

  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing to ensure the company’s social media presence remains innovative and relevant.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, communications, and design, to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.

  • Monitor industry conversations, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

  • Utilize social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, to create and manage paid social media campaigns.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to leverage their reach and enhance brand visibility.

  • Stay informed about legal and ethical guidelines for social media marketing to ensure compliance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content, engage with the audience, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for content creation, posting, and engagement.

  • Graphic design and UI/UX skills is an added advantage

  • Analytical mindset to interpret social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and engaging social media campaigns.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple social media platforms, schedules, and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content and strategies.

  • Customer service orientation to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Crisis management skills to handle negative feedback, manage online reputation, and address customer concerns effectively.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, BSc in a relevant field with 5 - 10 years work experience.
