Responsibilities:


As a Logistics Personnel, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the logistics and supply chain process. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:



  • Analyze and evaluate logistical data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of risk.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor logistics performance.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities by negotiating with vendors and optimizing carrier contracts.

  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide recommendations to management based on data analysis and industry knowledge


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience as a Logistics Analyst or a similar role

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
