The Estate Manager is responsible for leading the function of the company’s branch expansion plan, by ensuring the execution of the expansion plan starting from identifying potential locations up to the preparation of new branches from start to finish.
Job Description
Overall management of the strategic and operational business activity.
Identifying potential locations for expansion following the company’s expansion strategy.
Carrying out a detailed feasibility study on approved locations.
Liaising with various authorities to receive necessary approvals.
Prospecting and securing a pipeline of potential partners for expansion purposes.
Analyzing the market potential as well as keeping on top of key trends and industry news.
Leading the growth strategy with the Management team.
Producing and presenting management information reports to the Management team
Continuously developing the partnership model to improve efficiency and profitability.
Developing and executing strategies, objectives and action plans to support the organization’s presence in all approved locations.
Act as a representative of the organization at community events, meetings and gatherings as required.
Every other task that could be assigned by the management.
Qualification
Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years Cognate experience as an Estate Manager in a reputable Microfinance Bank
Must be goal and target-oriented and able to deliver projects in a timely manner
