- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plan required to build brand visibility to ensure the team achieves its target.
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 6 competent unit sales managers.
- Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.
Requirements
- 5-10 years relevant experience in Real Estate marketing and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales target.
- Excellent understanding of the terrain and field marketing.
- Must be target-driven and self motivated.
- Experience in sales of Insurance is an advantage.
