Job Summary



  • The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for scouting, identifying, and evaluating potential properties, as well as effectively marketing and selling these properties to clients.

  • This role requires a self-motivated and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in property sales.

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the growth and success of the real estate broker firm.


Key Responsibilities

Property Scouting and Evaluation:



  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale.

  • Actively scout and visit properties to assess their market value, condition, and investment potential.

  • Collaborate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.


Listing and Marketing:



  • Create appealing and accurate property listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.

  • Utilize social media platforms, websites, and other online tools to enhance property visibility.


Client Interaction:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

  • Conduct property showings and provide clients with comprehensive information about the properties.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.


Negotiation and Sales:



  • Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure a successful sale.

  • Prepare and present offers to property owners and facilitate the negotiation process.

  • Close sales and guide clients through the necessary paperwork and legal requirements.


Market Analysis:



  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.

  • Provide regular market analysis reports to the firm's management to assist in strategic decision-making.


Recommended Daily Tasks:



  • Morning Routine: Review and respond to emails and messages.

  • Check for new property listings and updates in the market.

  • Property Scouting: Spend a portion of the day visiting potential properties.

  • Document findings and take photos for property listings.

  • Marketing Activities: Create or update property listings on various platforms.

  • Share property listings on social media channels.

  • Client Interaction: Follow up with potential clients regarding property inquiries.

  • Schedule and conduct property showings as needed.

  • Market Analysis and Research: Allocate time for researching market trends and property values.

  • Summarize findings and share insights with the team.


Qualifications



  • Must be familiar with Ikate, Lekki VI and Ikoyi axis.

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent with a successful sales track record.

  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
