Job Description
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work directly with clients and other stakeholders geared toward positive outcomes for the business. This role works closely with the MD; doubling as support and requires someone who possesses brand management, social media management and marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts, brand management and the implementation of marketing strategies
- Raise brand awareness by organizing and attending marketing events and activities.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on multiple media channels٫ including social media٫ print٫ or otherwise
- Work closely with the Managing Director and represent at meetings with clients, banks and other stakeholders
- Documentation Management
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage Managing Director’s calendars and set up meetings
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Prepare marketing material content for publishing and ensure proper distribution.
- Research market to identify growth sectors and opportunities.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities that will enhance the company’s presence.
- Use metrics to evaluate ventures after completion٫ having seen them from start to finish
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience.
- You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to actively listen.
- You must be confident and well spoken
- Solid relationship building capabilities, positive and compassionate attitude with keen attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
