Responsibilities

Media:



  • Lead media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.

  • Foster media partnerships and produce engaging multimedia content.

  • Track media trends and seize opportunities.

  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging.


Content Development:



  • Draft and organise digital media content to promote Zenera’s initiatives, activities, videos and media coverage on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and other relevant platforms.

  • Create and coordinate content for digital media campaigns and observances.

  • Source content from staff responsible for specific aspects of the Group’s business and at events.


Research and Reporting:



  • Contribute to digital media quantitative and qualitative analytics reporting.

  • Monitor and research influencers, trending topics and tools.

  • Monitor and report on result of digital advertising, including trends opportunities and risk factors.

  • Monitor the web in search of conversations about the Company, brands, competitors, and related topics.


General Administration and Engagement:



  • Maintain a cohesive digital strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness.

  • Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments.

  • Newsletter

  • Coordinate the collection of information and release of the bi-weekly newsletter.


Targets:

Social Media:



  • Develop and approve content and social media calendar for at least 12 posts/week - quarterly

  • Post approved comprehensive calendar content on all social media platforms – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn – for Zenera, partners and clients - weekly

  • Run at least 2 campaigns for Zenera’s initiatives - monthly

  • Approve plans for campaigns before commencement - a month prior

  • Write reports (and recommendations) on all handles based on reach, impression, ROI and other relevant metrics – comprehensive report due on the first week of a new month


Newsletter:



  • Collate and send designed newsletter for approval to Supervisor - at least 48 hours before release

  • Release newsletter - bi-weekly on Tuesdays


Others:



  • Share a report (template to be created with Supervisor) of all targets - weekly on Monday meetings.
