Job Description

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.


• Capturing Brands Launch/Campaign Events to generate EGC (Employee-generated content).


• Contribute to and implement social media strategy to align with business goals (Create copy for campaigns and ensure they are executed promptly).


• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).


• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.


• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.


• Oversee social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and blog layout) Instagram account: Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms using a scheduling tool (Creator studio).


• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.


• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.


• Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company.


• Visit stores to generate EGC (Employee generated content)
