• Do you spend all of your time on TikTok and Instagram Reels? Dream of a job where you can make TikTok and IG content all day? Do you love hair and beauty? Well, you're in luck.


• You'll help to grow our following/presence on Instagram and TikTok by creating and editing one to two videos a day using your sense of humor and knowledge of culture to speak to the experiences that bond all hair and beauty lovers together


• Responsible for coming up with video concepts, filming all original video assets (mobile device is preferred) and all editing whether in or outside the TikTok and Instagram app


• Create a content calendar and plan, schedule, and curate dedicated social media content


• Develop and implement new ideas to leverage social media trends


• Reply to comments, interact and engage with our social media community


• Post videos from other social media creators who have created content for our channels


• Work cross-functionally with our other brand teams to create and collaborate on content for our channels


• Use the platform as an expert (both on an individual and brand level)


• Develop strategies to increase engagement and follower growth

Technical Skills:

• Have real world experience and a proven track record as a legitimate TikTok and Instagram user/creator


• Proficiency with Canva and other photo and video editing


• A passion and interest for creating compelling brand stories that are engaging


• Excellent written and spoken communication skills


• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram's ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates


• You're just awesome: you know how to have some fun and love to interact with cool coworkers.
