Job Summary



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage and update all company social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok 

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content to attract and retain a targeted audience.

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure that content is consistent with brand messaging and voice.

  • Generate creative ideas for contests, promotions, and user-generated content campaigns.

  • Assist in developing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet the evolving requirements of the position.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

  • Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging shareable content.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong project management and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing social media landscape.

  • Extensive knowledge of at least 3 of the relevant social media platforms 

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.

  • Detailed past work, past results, or case studies showcasing achieved goals and results.

  • Willingness to learn and follow leadership

  • Availability to work remote weekends (Saturdays)

  • Experience using Excel and Google sheet
