Key Responsibilities
Communication:

Content Creation:
- Create engaging and impactful content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Craft clear and compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
Media Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance the organization's visibility.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and media events.
Digital Presence:
- Manage the organization's online presence, including social media accounts and the official website.
- Monitor online conversations and engage with stakeholders.
Internal Communication:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Facilitate communication between different departments and teams.
Knowledge Management:
Knowledge Resource Development:
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring accessibility and relevance of information.
- Organize and categorize knowledge resources for easy retrieval.
Collaboration and Learning:
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and best practices sharing among teams.
- Capture and document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories from various projects and initiatives.
- Develop case studies and knowledge products to showcase organizational achievements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and insights for knowledge product development.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and focus groups to extract knowledge and best practices from internal and external sources.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to capture insights and foster collaborative learning within the organization.
- Engage with external partners, experts, and stakeholders to gather inputs and incorporate diverse perspectives into knowledge products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in communication strategy development and execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of media relations, PR practices, and digital communication channels.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics.
- Familiarity with knowledge management principles and practices is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
