JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with the company's marketing objectives and campaigns.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for engagement within the agricultural and commodity sector.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Generate reports on social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to suggest strategies that resonate with our target audience.

  • Assist in the creation and coordination of visual content, such as graphics and videos, to enhance social media presence.

  • Support the development of influencer partnerships and engagement strategies.

  • Contribute to the growth of the company's online community by fostering meaningful interactions and connections.


Qualifications:



  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

  • Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and agri-commodities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
