Job Summary
- As the Hospitality and Concierge officer at SKIN101, your role will involve overseeing the janitors and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate must possess fanatic attention to details with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Facility Management
- Oversee the janitors to ensure cleanliness of the space.
- Regularly conduct inspection around the facility to identify maintenance needs.
- Scheduling and following up with repairs and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate all installations and repairs in the space without affecting workflow.
- Ensure adequate security of the space by coordinating the security officers and ensuring 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
- Maintaining a quality vendor network for repairs and maintenance purposes.
- Informing the Internal Auditor of every repair and maintenance so negotiations with vendors can be done.
- Ensure that office supplies are readily available and make requisitions for low supplies.
- Send weekly maintenance reports and all necessary reports as required.
- All other duties as required and assigned by the Management Team.
Hospitality
- Ensuring that clients are comfortable and they feel welcomed by offering them a cup of tea upon arrival.
- Ensuring that clients have an enjoyable experience from the point of entry to exit.
- Conducting regular feedback surveys to ensure optimal satisfaction of our clients.
- Receiving and documenting clients’ feedback, addressing clients complaints and providing solutions.
- Engage the clients in a courteous and professional manner by cross-selling our other services to them.
- Informing clients of our services, discounts and promos.
- Ensure overall cleanliness and lovely ambience of the entire space.
- All other duties as required and assigned by the Management team.
- Be aware of and adhere to health and safety practices of SkIN101 CLINICS LTD.
Required qualification, skills and competence.
- Qualification: Higher National Diploma in hospitality Management or any related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a comparable position.
- Other Knowledge and additional competence:
- Excellent command of English.
- Good communication skills.
- A good team player who is willing to take on responsibilities.
- Reliability and good organizational skills, appropriate appearance, and clothing.
- A positive attitude to change.
- Discipline and punctuality, resilience, and patience.
- Readiness to learn and take on other tasks cheerfully.
- Be polite and respectful.
- Basic knowledge on the use of the computer/Microsoft office and google suits.
