Job Description

• Responsible for checking in and checking out guests


• Monitors and maintains level of cleanliness in the assigned apartments


• Inventory control after guest has been checked out. maintains apartment quality as per check list


• Conducts inventory of supplies, bedding, equipment, etc


• Guest / client management


• Sourcing for potential guests (commission based)


• Ensuring that the guest stay is as smooth and accommodating as possible


• Enforces standard procedures for the acceptance, security and return of guests lost and found items


• Supervising the cleaners to ensure that the apartment is well cleaned.

Other Conditions

• We pay for transportation to other locations within working hours.


• Our supervisors also work Mondays to Saturdays and Sundays occasionally when we have guests checking in or out.
