Responsibilities:
Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers via social channels.
Omni-Channel Strategy: Implement a seamless customer experience across all channels.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content that promotes the brands across digital platforms.
Social Media Management: Regularly update all social media platforms and respond to comments/messages.
Brand Promotion: Promote the coworking space, its members, the collective, and its designers.
SEO and Website Management: Optimize and update the websites, including managing WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns and social media performance.
Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns, including design and content.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with fashion influencers and bloggers for promotional activities.
Event Promotion: Promote events hosted at both the coworking space and the collective.
Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community that mirrors the physical spaces.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and the fashion industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Significant experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO, email marketing software, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
Deep understanding of the fashion industry and Fashion coworking spaces.
Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, CRM software, and video editing tools (Capcut, Inshot, etc).
Strong communication skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to develop engaging content and manage multiple tasks independently or within a team.
