Responsibilities



  • Drive and generate sales

  • Generate sales and reach out to prospective clients.

  • Lease of properties in company's portfolio.

  • Meet sales goals and targets.

  • Build a strong database of prospective and existing clients.

  • Partner with clients to buy, sell and rent real company properties

  • Actively seek new clients by promoting brand, networking, advertising.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report

  • Build and maintain existing client relationship

  • Develop sales strategies and tactics


Job Specification



  • Minimum of BSc in any related field

  • Must have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience as a real estate sales representative.

  • Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

  • Should reside in PortHarcourt or it's environ
