Job Summary:



  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content, driving audience growth and engagement, and maintaining brand consistency across all social media platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of social media trends, and excellent communication and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of social media efforts.

  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent posting frequency and brand voice.

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Foster positive relationships with followers and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.

  • Implement strategies to grow and expand the organization's social media audience and reach.

  • Drive engagement through creative campaigns, contests, and interactive content.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Prepare regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to align social media efforts with broader organizational objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of key messages and campaigns.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.

  • Ability to use Canva, Office tool, G-Suites, and other relevant video editing tools

  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
