Job Summary

• Our client a reputable real estate company based in Wuse, Abuja, specializing in property sales, rentals, and management is seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Marketers to join their team.


• The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for selling real estate properties.


• As a Real Estate Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s properties, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market properties to potential buyers through various channels such as online listings, social media, networking events, and direct marketing.


• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for property sales.


• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.


• Provide information to clients about available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options.


• Schedule and conduct property viewings for interested buyers.


• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with buyers, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.


• Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and brokers, to ensure smooth transactions.


• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.


• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.


• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.


• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja is preferred.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with the Wuse area.


• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
