Job Description

• We are looking to hire an experienced Logistics and Warehouse officer to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain within an Aluminium Extrusion Factory.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for developing plans to monitor storage utilisation levels and managing warehouse facilities.


• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the receipt of incoming goods and dispatching of outgoing goods.


• Coordinate transportation activities.


• Track shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.


• Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishments.


• Report all warehouse activities on monthly basis for stock inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or in a related field.


• 5 years of work experience in Logistic or warehouse management.


• Excellent computer skills.


• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.


• Excellent analytical skills.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Outstanding organizational skills.


• Great attention to details.


• Willingness and ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities.
