Responsibility

• Lead and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.


• Develop, refine, and evaluate mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements and industry standards.


• Utilize advanced calculations, analysis, and simulations to ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineering, to integrate mechanical designs into multidisciplinary projects.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering their professional development.


• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering through continuous research and learning.


• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all engineering activities.


• Identify and address technical challenges encountered during project execution, implementing effective solutions.


• Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.


• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance engineering practices and protocols across the organization.

Qualifications:

• BSc or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering


• 10-12 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.


• Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements for mechanical systems in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
