Role overview
- The incumbent is to execute and manage logistics for the business; ensuring packages are delivered promptly and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Managing the company’s supplies, materials and products, as well as transportation services used
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints or escalate as necessary
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Identifying ways to improve logistical operations
Professional Requirements
- OND / HND in Administration or a related field
- 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role
