Role overview



  • The incumbent is to execute and manage logistics for the business; ensuring packages are delivered promptly and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.


Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities



  • Managing the company’s supplies, materials and products, as well as transportation services used

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, and consumers

  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

  • Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments

  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints or escalate as necessary

  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

  • Identifying ways to improve logistical operations


Professional Requirements



  • OND / HND in Administration or a related field

  • 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role
