Description

• This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and works directly with all Client Relations, Sales Team and Accounting to ensure the following:

Supervision and Reports:

• Monthly reporting on client follow-up payments against budget and reporting on variances.


• Reporting on client complaints and other client related services.

Investment Advisory:

• Advising clients on mortgage loan process and qualification.


• Assisting the Head of Sales in documentation of clients.


• Making sales presentations and guiding clients through sales process.

Customer Relationship Management:

• First point of call for clients.


• Ample knowledge of products and systems of the company.


• Attending to client’s complaints, comments and questions.


• Monitoring of payments made by clients and client correspondence.


• Reminders to clients on due payments.

Marketing:

• Meeting company sales target.


• Developing marketing, plans and strategies for the company.


• Compiling of monthly marketing reports.


• Training of external partner marketers and sales agents.

Requirements

• Interested candidates MUST have at least with 2 years work experience in real estate industry.
