  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Associate to join our team.

  • As a Valuation Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our valuation process and providing accurate and reliable property valuations to our clients.

Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gather data on comparable properties, market trends, and economic indicators

  • Evaluate property values using various valuation techniques and models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards

  • Assist in property inspections and site visits to gather relevant information for valuation purposes

  • Analyse financial statements, leases, and other financial documents to assess the financial performance of properties

  • Input and manage data in our valuation software systems, maintaining data integrity and completeness

  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports that effectively communicate property values and supporting analysis

  • Collaborate with senior valuers and clients to understand valuation needs, provide updates, and present findings in a clear and professional manner

  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, industry regulations, and valuation methodologies

  • Continuously develop and enhance your valuation skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Registration with Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)

  • Relevant experience in real estate valuation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and economic indicators

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other valuation software tools

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Membership of professional real estate associations such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) is a plus

  • Relevant internship or work experience in real estate valuation is a plus
