  • Coordinate administrative functions across three subsidiaries, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities.

  • Monitor and manage payments for utilities such as electricity, water, and other services to ensure continuous operations.

  • Oversee staff attendance records, leave requests, and assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and documentation.

  • Provide funds and clearance for fuel and transportation needs, ensuring efficient use and budget adherence.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes for executive and team meetings.

  • Manage and organize company documents, records, and confidential information in both physical and electronic formats.

  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Assist in financial tasks such as budget preparation, expense tracking, and reconciliation of accounts.

  • Support executive management in special projects, research, and presentations as required.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all administrative tasks and communications.
