Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Abuja. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including customer service, real estate sales, property management, and real estate transactions.


• The Real Estate Agent will work closely with clients to find suitable properties, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.

Responsibilities

• Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property


• Strong customer service skills


• Experience in the Abuja real estate industry


• Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties


• Knowledge of Abuja real property market trends


• Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, etc.


• Showing properties to prospective clients for either sale or letting


• Presenting purchase offers to sellers


• Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers


• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Promoting properties with ads and listings


• Problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
