The Associate will be involved in the deal sourcing, analysis, execution, asset management and exit of real estate private equity investments. We seek individuals who embody our core values & have a demonstrated history of academic and professional achievement.

What you will do

• Participate in the due diligence/ underwriting process on new potential investments


• Prepare investment committee memorandums and participate in investment committee presentations


• Develop financial models using appropriate tools


• Assist with capital raising and various investor relations requests


• Handle the portfolio management of select assets


• Function as a contact for existing funds and joint venture relationships


• Formulate recommendations and action plans for investments based on financial analysis


• Execute/oversee business plans for new investments


• Conduct investment/market research


• Review and respond to requests from LPs and investment partners

• Strong financial modeling skills and commercial judgement.

• Strong entrepreneurial drive, great interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, including a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently with good presentation skills.
