Responsibilities:
Lead and guide non-clinical departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and enforce policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue streams, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to cultivate a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between non-clinical and clinical departments.
Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is desirable).
5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management.
Thorough understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in budget management, strategic planning, and process optimization.
Certification in Healthcare Administration is advantageous.
