Responsibilities:



  • Act as a trusted liaison between the Chairman and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Oversee Operations: Take charge of day-to-day operations for both tech businesses, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established processes and protocols.

  • Drive Business Expansion: Bring fresh ideas and strategies for expanding the scope and reach of both businesses, leveraging market insights and industry trends.

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to implement business plans and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of results.

  • Take initiative to ensure that both products remain technologically functional and up-to-date, working closely with IT teams and vendors as necessary.

  • Expand Customer Base: Continuously work towards expanding the customer base by growing the vendor database providing services, focusing on reaching overall business goals and profitability.

  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve objectives efficiently.

  • Take ownership of projects and tasks assigned, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Represent the Chairman professionally in meetings, conferences, and other events, articulating his vision and interests effectively.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Nigerian and diaspora service market and adapt strategies accordingly to drive business growth and success.


Requirement



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of technology and its applications in business.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to represent the Chairman professionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
