Job Description



  • Financial & Analysis: Assisting with accounting and financial activities, including treasury, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, income statements, revenue development, loan servicing, and financial reporting.

  • Month-end closure analysis and reporting to Management. Risk management and control. Efficient use of SAP ERP.

  • BRS, Cash flow planning, working capital productivity and building banking facilities. Daily monitoring of currency and credit exposures.

  • Liasoning with auditors on the finalization and of yearly statutory accounts

  • Business Partnering: Building confluence of strategy and execution, closely working with manufacturing teams

  • Non-negotiable governance. Implementing core processes and controls. Compliance with all the financial and legal requirements, responsibilities, and obligations, including statutory obligations.

  • Performance Analysis, Variance analysis with root cause explanation

  • Supervising and reviewing general ledger postings in the system and maintaining relevance and consistency to Group Finance standards.

  • Leading and managing the finance and accounts team.


Qualifications



  • FMCG Experience is a must

  • At least 10 years experience 

  • Accounting qualification is a must.
