  • We are seeking enthusiastic and welcoming hostesses to join our Restaurant and Lounge. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable first impression.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with waitstaff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.

  • Manage and prioritize guest reservations, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.

  • Communicate estimated wait times to guests and offer comfortable waiting areas if necessary.

  • Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and assisting with seating preferences.

  • Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented.

  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries, reservation requests, and general information.

  • Coordinate with waitstaff to manage the flow of guests and ensure efficient table turnovers.

  • Assist in managing the reservation book, including recording guest details and special requests.

  • Inform guests of any special promotions, events, or menu changes.

  • Thank guests for their visit as they depart and invite them to return.

  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns.


KEY REQUIREMENTS



  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a hostess in a similar customer-facing role.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Friendly and welcoming demeanour with a strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under high-pressure situations.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in using reservation management software is a plus.

  • Attention to detail
