The Customer Care Officer will attend to customer enquiries, take customer orders, and proffer solutions to customer complaints through phone calls, emails, and online channels.
The Customer Care Officer will provide customers with relevant information on company products and services, help customers identify desired products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
SSCE / OND / NCE qualification
Minimum of 1 year work experience in customer service in a retail / food business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer Skills: ability to work with a computer and related software.
Good organizational skills
Detail oriented and good record keeping skills.
