  • The Customer Care Officer will attend to customer enquiries, take customer orders, and proffer solutions to customer complaints through phone calls, emails, and online channels.

  • The Customer Care Officer will provide customers with relevant information on company products and services, help customers identify desired products and ensure customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements



  • SSCE / OND / NCE qualification

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in customer service in a retail / food business

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer Skills: ability to work with a computer and related software.

  • Good organizational skills

  • Detail oriented and good record keeping skills.

  • Candidates should live around the job location: Opebi, Lagos.
