  • As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversion.   • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Utilize tools and resources to enhance content quality, such as graphic design software, video editing tools, and photography.


Community Engagement:



  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and promptly respond to inquiries or concerns.

  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build a loyal and engaged community.

  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and participation in campaigns.


Campaign Management:



  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives (e.g., lead generation, website traffic, sales).

  • Optimize ad targeting, creative elements, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

  • Track campaign performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness.


Analytics and Reporting:



  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and present findings to stakeholders.


Collaboration and Coordination:



  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

  • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, or agencies to amplify brand reach and engagement.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3 - 6 years work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.
