In the role of a QA/App Tester, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the premium quality and functionality of the application. You will undertake thorough exploration across various scenarios, conducting comprehensive testing to identify and rectify potential anomalies, thereby cultivating a better user experience. You will apply a systematic, detailed, and analytical approach in discerning and reporting any discrepancies, thereby guaranteeing the seamless operation of our company's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Launch Feature Validation: Conduct thorough testing on staging environments, ensuring new features perform impeccably before they reach our customers. This involves simulating real-world scenarios to validate functionality, usability, and integration with existing features
Diligent Bug Reporting: Identify and document any discrepancies, glitches, or bugs discovered during testing. Articulate the necessary changes clearly and concisely, facilitating swift understanding and action by the development team to refine and perfect our app
Comprehensive User Flow Testing: Commit to ensuring our app delivers a flawless user experience by meticulously testing all user scenarios and flows. This includes exploring every possible interaction within the app to guarantee intuitive and error-free navigation for all users
Rapid Issue Verification: Act promptly when customers or team members flag potential issues. Test to replicate reported problems and provide detailed reports to the development department, ensuring any concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively, minimizing user impact
Post-Launch Quality Assurance: Continue testing on production environments after new features are launched. This crucial step ensures that updates integrate seamlessly into the user experience, maintaining and enhancing the quality our customers expect and deserve
Cross-platform Testing: Shall ensure the application functions correctly across different devices, operating systems, and browsers. This shall include testing on mobile devices, desktops, and tablets to ensure a consistent and optimized user experience.
Testing Automation (pré): Design, develop, and execute automated tests using appropriate tools and frameworks. This shall include unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to validate the application's performance, reliability, and scalability across different environments and platforms.
