Purpose of Job 

• Ensure the dispatch of the right stock to the right places at the right time, in a cost-efficient manner toward achieving the company’s planned sales objectives.


• Functionally reports to: Logistics and Distribution Manager

Working Arrangement: Onsite

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute distribution strategies to meet customer demands and delivery timelines


• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records and invoices


• Monitor transportation and warehousing costs to ensure they align with budgetary constraints


• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers


• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the supply chain


• Resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process promptly


• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize logistics expenses

Job Requirements & Person Specifications

• HND/Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field


• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles


• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Problem solving and organization skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Ability to work effectively under pressure
