Key Responsibilities:



  • Creative Strategy Development: Devise and implement innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring a steady stream of relevant and engaging posts tailored to our client's audience's interests.

  • Community Engagement: Actively manage interactions by responding to DMs and comments on both organic posts and paid advertisements, cultivating an engaged and supportive online community.

  • Content Creation and Posting: Handle all aspects of content creation and scheduling across social media channels, utilizing automation tools like Publer or Hootsuite to maintain a consistent online presence.

  • Graphic Design: Use design tools like Canva to create compelling graphics that visually communicate the benefits of our client's services and enhance their posts' impact.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using tools such as Facebook Business Suite, analyze metrics to optimize future strategies, and report on social media’s role in achieving business goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to align social media strategies with overall business objectives and to brainstorm new ideas for content.
