Job Summary:

• We seek a Construction Manager with extensive experience in engineering and project management to lead our upcoming construction initiatives.


• This role involves managing all phases of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning to implementation.


• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.


• Review work progress on a daily basis and adjust as needed.


• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.


• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment.


• Prepare and submit project status reports to stakeholders.


• Address any issues that might arise during construction.


• Ensure quality construction standards and use proper construction techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management, with significant leadership responsibilities.


• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in construction management software.


• Familiarity with construction and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.


• Certifications such as PMP, PE, or an equivalent.
