Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Manage and maintain all client social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Foster meaningful interactions with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and achieve specific goals.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform strategy development and content creation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media initiatives,
providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to optimize performance.
Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, and other departments,
to ensure cohesive and integrated social media strategies across all channels.
Requirements:
2 - 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and engagement metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
Project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
