Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations for sales, purchases, taxation, and investment purposes.


• Advise clients on land management strategies, including leasing, development, and utilization.


• Market and promote properties for sale or lease, negotiate deals, and facilitate transactions.


• Assist clients in identifying development opportunities and managing the development process.


• Analyze real estate markets and investment opportunities, providing guidance on investment strategies.


• Oversee property maintenance and asset management activities on behalf of owners.


• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).


• Proven experience in real estate valuation, management, and development.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
