Job Summary
- To assist the HR Manager in executing Human Resource operational task and Strategy that is aligned with the vision and business objectivesat all levels.
- The job holder will handle most of the communication and employee direct engagement at the stores under the supervision of the HR manager.

- Responsible for Store Staff Culture and Core Value Compliance Engagement
- Responsible for Store Staff Record Management
- Handle Recruitment and Selection of Store Staff
- Store Staff Appraisal Management
- Store Staff Training, Development and on-boarding
- Handle HR Communications to Store Staff
- Manage Store Staff Exit Process
- Store Staff Attendance and Productivity Management
- Store Operational and Process Compliance Management
- Store HR Reporting and Feedback Survey
- Store staff data management and reporting
- Proper administration of all Staff Payroll and benefits system
- Any other duty that may be assigned

- Weekly HR Departmental Activities Report
Monthly Report:
- Store Employee Head Count
- Store Employee Categorization
- Store Employee Gender Classification
- Store Employee Turnover/Exit Report
- Store Recruitment Report-Hire Versus Exit
