• We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team!


• As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns that drive engagement, build our online presence, and align with our brand's overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)


• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms to ensure consistency and efficiency


• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand image and messaging


• Analyze and report on social media performance using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions


• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes


• Develop and manage social media budgets and resources


• Lead social media crisis management and reputation management efforts


• Identify and pursue opportunities for social media innovation and experimentation

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field


• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)


• Experience with content creation and curation (writing, graphic design, video production, etc.)


• Strong understanding of online engagement and community building principles


• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
