- Facilitate mobilize and promote health education incommunities
- Design and supervise the implementation of continuous quality activities tailored to meet specific program
- Identify and address strategic issues, leading on or contributing to the conceptualization and convening of meetings tailored to different audiences, capacity development, engagement activities, and advocacy actions.
- Generate routine program reports as required (monthly, quarterly, annually), conduct data analyses, and closeidentified gaps
- Identify and investigate health issues and health hazards in the people.
- Provide community health services and ensure the provision of health care.
- To be actively involved in Creating Awareness forall organization’s services and products
- Monitor Community Health Intervention schemes and programs.
- Identifying the Prevailing Health Issues in the Community and Initiating Educational Programs to resolve or mitigate the issues.
- Conducting Community Wellness Programs.
- Providing counseling and initiating educational programs to educate the public.
- Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery; identify and define new and innovative strategies to achieve health care delivery systems.
- Active engagement in business development opportunities to include presenting business and clinical capabilities to key constituents.
- Develop MoU to guide engagements with the state Ministry of Health,primary healthcare development agency towards improving access to quality health services
Competencies & Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years experience.
- Vast experience inengaging and working with communities on Health management and services
- A broad understanding of public health and care management
- Vast exposure in public health advocacy.
- Must be familiar with HMO and NGO operations in Nigeria
